Hermitage

“There are days when solitude is a heady wine that intoxicates you with freedom, others when it is a bitter tonic, and still others when it is a poison that makes you beat your head against the wall.”

For the past few months you could say that I have been in hibernation. More mentally than physically, however the result is the same.

I have spent little time in town, in conversation, in writing, in socializing.

Procrastination has been the norm, again. “the thief of time”

Having lost close friends in the last while, to death , senility, and other unavoidable trauma, I have been contemplating the aging process.

I haven’t reached any conclusions.

I have decided to remove myself from my mind-cave and venture out again.

Wary though I am,,,,
