“Plant your tiny seeds and keep watering them every day. Soon, they’ll grow.”
― Israelmore Ayivor
This week I learned a new term, for me, Winter Sowing. It gave me a feeling of excitement for here was something I could try.
First I gathered all the tools together.
Poked draining holes in the bottom of the recycled water bottles.
Cut the top of the container to form a lid.
“Today you are planting seeds to your dream. Be patient because it will be a large harvest.”― Chris Burkmenn
Added the soil, seeds and watered
Taped the lids to close them and put the bottles outside on the deck.
Now we wait and see 🙂
This concept of Winter Sowing was originated by Trudi Davidoff and she has a website at
www.wintersown.org
However, I found it here
